Ordering Information - Shipping and Return policies

MINIMUM ORDERS Due to the expenses involved with shipping, we are now asking that you order no less than $8.97 in product. Please contact us if you have any questions or need any guidance in this regard.

PAYMENTS We have provided Paypal for your convenience in paying. Using Paypal does NOT require a Paypal account and is very easy to do. Just follow the directions as prompted by Paypal. For those who prefer to pay by check or money order, your product will be held for 10 days or until your payment is received, whichever is shorter. If at that time payment is not received, the items purchased will be relisted on our website. For checks, once payment is received we will continue to hold the order until the bank clears your check. Money orders clear right away, so there will be no additional delay once your payment is received. If you have any questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

SHIPPING We are happy to combine shipping on multiple items purchased at the same time. Shipping usually occurs within a week of your purchase (for Paypal orders) unless otherwise specified. Shipping is via USPS. I will contact you if there is any delay in the shipping of your item.

RETURN POLICY All sales are final. Due to shipping expenses, it is impossible for me to accept returns. I thank you for your understanding in this matter. Additionally, we are unable to reimburse shipping expenses. If you would like your package insured, please let us know upon purchase so that you can pay the additional shipping fees and we can be sure to mail it with insurance.
